On behalf of a leading consumer-goods manufacturer, we braved the worst storm of the year to enhance the evening event of a conference in Paris with our Casino Vinophil. The Château Le Grand Mello provided a suitably aristocratic ambience. Around 100 guests from around the world had the chance to demonstrate their “wine smarts” at three tables. The guests were having so much fun that the interruption for the awards ceremony was summarily cancelled to make time for another round.
