welcome GmbH as incoming partner of the Annual Meeting in Cologne.

This major international conference, held from 15 to 19 June 2019 at the Maritim Hotel in Cologne, attracted 1,300 participants from all over the world. welcome GmbH was chosen as the incoming partner through a tender process conducted by the Cologne Convention Bureau, which brought this important conference to Cologne. Our team was responsible for selecting and coordinating the local partner enterprises, overseeing the exhibition, booking, staff assignments and briefing and brand planning and implementation. We also developed a proposal for the social programme and the corresponding online registration with payment system. A further task was the programme and setup planning for the evening events at the Gürzenich event centre and aboard the MS RheinFantasie.
